Biography

He wanted to become a voice actor from the first year of high school, but his decision was opposed by his parents at first. His parents would then accepted his decision to attend Pro-Fit's voice acting school, but Kaito had to pay the tuition himself from taking part time jobs.

On March 7, 2020, he received the Best Actors in Supporting Roles award at the 14th Seiyu Awards.

In 2014, he won the Best Rookie actors at the 8th Seiyu Awards.

He made his debut on 2012, voicing in Ano Natsu de Matteru, and had his first main role on 2012, voicing as Ledo in Suisei no Gargantia.

After participating in anime Boku no Hero Academia, he said that he now likes motorcycles and became a fan of Yamaha motorcycles, as revealed on the stage greeting of the Boku no Hero Academia: Two Heroes movie.
