Born and raised in the Cleveland, OH area, Todd Baur is a filmmaker who focuses in writing, producing, and acting. A collaborator and comedian by nature, he is found popping up now and again in the Cleveland indie film scene, usually representing "Cosmic Octopus" (a film troop he was a founding member of) or "HIGHFIVE CITY", his own production label.
He is known for his penchants of dark comedy, usually involving it into his productions in some way or another.
