Jose Perdomo III

Credited as a director, screenwriter, cinematographer, editor, sound designer and actor, he calls himself a filmmaker. Born in Moca, Dominican Republic, was raised surrounded by photography and movies inherited from both sides of the family. He has a bachelor's degree in Marketing, participated in various film production and visual arts workshops in general. Also has been participant in Collective Photographic Exhibitions. Creator of Music Videos for Latino artists and DJs in Miami. He has developed Commercial Mini-Documentaries for clients of Boogietek Photo+Cinema, a company himself founded back in 1998, evolving into many aspects of the creative media industry. With more than 15 years of experience in the production of photography and video of private live-events, also collaborated in several indie film productions in South Florida. In 2015 debut his experimental short film "Hecatombe" participating in the cinematic movement 'Reflections' promoting the film industry in Miami. In April 2020, streams online his short film "Herencia" and in February 2021, premieres his first short film made for the big screen "Any Day", getting awarded and 'Official Selection' in many international festivals.
