Josh Huculiak, an accomplished filmmaker known for his international success, initially launched his career with documentaries and music videos such as the Prism Prize-winning 'Unamerican' and the Juno-nominated 'Record Shop.' His debut feature film, 'Violent,' gained worldwide recognition at Karlovy Vary and San Sebastian, securing Best Canadian and Best BC Film awards at VIFF and VFCC. An alumnus of the TIFF Talent Lab, Strategic Partners and the Rotterdam Lab, Josh is embarking on a new chapter by premiering 'Kryptic' at SXSW and 'Island Between Tides' at Cinequest in 2024. Simultaneously, he has launched his own company, GARDEN, with partner Shaelin Fritzsch. They are in development of an exciting new slate of documentaries and narrative features.
