Patricia Bondurant

Patricia, a Memphis, Tenn. native met Bob Bondurant at the January 2010 Russo and Steele Collector Car Auction in Scottsdale, AZ. She had recently moved from Seattle to Sedona in 2001 to resolve health problems. Two years later, she moved with her daughter Meagan and son Jason to Paradise Valley. April 2012 was their second wedding anniversary.

Pat, who as a teenager was a top-10 finalist for the Miss Alabama title.had no intention of calling Bob until her daughter said, give him a chance. Pat did and on their first date, they watched "Grand Prix" Bob was a technical advisor. Pat says she knew at 12 when seeing the movie told her dad that she was to marry Bob.

Pat and Bob Bondurant who had already officially married in the U.S., married again at the Monaco Formula 1 right on the race track that day with handful of friends and family as witnesses!

Bob could not think of a better place to exchange vows than where he earned 4th place back in 1966 and where he worked as a consultant on the now famous movie "Grand Prix" with James Garner.

Frank Damgaard of Monte-Carlo Weddings coordinated all the logistics and stated that it was excitingly the first wedding of its kind in the Famous Principality.- Martin Snytsheuvel.
