Charlie Thomas(IX)

Charlie is a director who specializes in music documentaries. His films have been broadcast on the BBC and Sky in the UK, on Showtime in the US and in over 100 countries worldwide. 'XTC - This is Pop' and 'Promises and Lies - the Story of UB40' both won awards in America. Prior to becoming a filmmaker he was a sports broadcaster for Sky TV, where he worked for 25 years, reporting live from events such as the London Olympics, the Ashes and Wimbledon. He was also one of Sky Sports' first football reporters when the Premier League was formed in 1992.
