Biography

Karine Martin was born in May 12, 1968 and came from an extensive family. She grew up in a rural part of France called Céret where she dreamed of being on stage. She studied theater at a young age and performed in plays . In 1978, she got cast in her first television show called Les Folies Offenbach, her first experience in a television show at only 10 years old .After high school, she decided to study in Paris where she knew she will get more opportunities. She kept taking theater classes and multiply appearances on national television, from game shows to televisions shows, from commercials to print jobs. In 2000, she fell in love in with America and decided to leave her natal France to pursue her passion overseas. She changed her name and took on a stage name before going back to her initial name.
