- Carmela is an actress, writer and producer who also sings. A dual citizen of the UK & USA, she grew up in London and went on to study acting at The Lee Strasberg Institute in New York City followed by The Juilliard School. Carmela has performed on stage in major theaters in London's West End and in both New York and Los Angeles. She will next be seen playing Glenda Spencer in Walden Media's upcoming feature film, Billion Dollar Spy, set to be released 2026.

- Carmela performed and sang at Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II private birthday celebrations at Windsor Castle in 2007. She was a member of both the National Youth Music Theatre and the National Youth Theatre of Great Britain.
