Leha Long's passion for fitness and acting really began before she turned forty years old. Leha has always exercised and eaten healthy, but wasn't consistent and didn't see results. Some of Leha's goals that were on her "bucket list" was to compete in a fitness competition and be an actress in a film. She competed in her first competition and loved it! This led Leha to more competitions, and she is now in the best shape of her life.

Leha Long has been on the cover and featured in magazines like "FitnessX Magazine" and "Oxygen Magazine". Leha Long graced the cover of FitnessX Magazine with Greg Plitt, the number one fitness model in the industry.

Leha Long has debuted in films like Lupeo, World Pag Video, and Ruined. Leha also was in the "The Walking Dead" as a Zombie. How "COOL" is that!

Leha Long's journey as a fitness model, competitor, writer, and actress has shown her that dreams do come true! Leha is at her best when she has reached and finished a goal. If I had to describe her in one word that would be "genuine". Leha truly believes that beauty lies within.
