Meet Joe, the second son of a proud Marine Corps family, who, along with his brothers, Herb and Brian, forged unforgettable memories wandering the woods and creeks around New Bern. Those early days instilled in him a sense of adventure and resilience, qualities that would guide him throughout life.

Leaving home before completing high school, Joe embarked on a quest to build the life he felt destined for. Along the way, he met Yvette, his partner of 28 years, as he graduated from NC State. Together, they have navigated the ups and downs of life, moving seven times in ten years, nurturing six children and welcoming two grandsons. Central Tennessee has become their cherished home-a testament to their commitment and love.

Now, Joe is channeling his passion into a new venture: Fusion Triage. This innovative initiative is designed to empower small business owners by helping them hone in on their mission and discover their "why."
