Anders Kanten grew up in a small island called Tjøme in Norway.
With family in the movie industry, the business was appealing to him from a young age. He has worked behind the camera as an assistant for Norway's largest SFX Company Fiksern AS in the Norwegian film park, doing everything from sweeping the hallways at the studios to pyrotechnics. This was his first real meeting with the industry, and the professionalism and magic of the Norwegian film industry inspired him to keep working in entertainment.
This led to a few minor roles, but Anders did not pursue a career in entertainment.
