Evan, born and raised in Arkansas, embarked on a journey beyond his home state, becoming an organizer for campaigns across the nation. His travels expanded globally, especially after numerous visits to Central America where he discovered Mundo Verde, an impactful program. Motivated, Evan raised funds and journeyed to Guatemala to support the initiative. Witnessing the program's profound impact, he documented its essence through interviews and imagery, birthing his inaugural film, the documentary short, Arnoldo's World (2023).
As an actor, Tanner was nominated and won awards for his work on stage and produced audio books such as 'Perry Mason' and 'Ticonderoga', as well as, Netflix and Amazon Prime features; Conned (2010) released on Netflix and Shady White (2019) on Amazon Prime.
