Biography

Nicholas Massa is an actor, writer, and producer based in Los Angeles,CA. He was born on October 16th, 1987 in Middleboro, Massachusetts. While growing up, Nicholas took part in a number of theater productions and he developed a strong passion for the arts.

Following his high school graduation, Nicholas made the life-changing decision to enlist in the United States Navy. Eager to serve his country, Nicholas traveled the world as he was deployed to a number of different countries such as the Philippines, Japan, Thailand, Cambodia, Mexico, and Singapore. Eventually his service led him to San Diego, where he concluded the remainder of his military duty.

Upon his departure from the US Navy, Nicholas began to take more interest in acting and modeling. He spent much of his time modeling for local photographers and developing his acting skills in community acting workshops. Nicholas went on to earn a principal role opposite James Kyson in the popular web series, "Between Bullets". He also appeared in MUN2' production entitled "Beauty Secrets," featuring Miss Universe 2008, Dayana Mendoza. In 2012.

Nicholas moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career full time. He earned a leading role in "Devil in the Details" on The Discovery Channel. In addition, Nicholas has made two successful award winning short films in which he wrote, produced, directed and acted in. "The Morning After" and "GIG'. The two shorts continue to run in festivals side by side.

Nicholas attended the New York Film Academy (NYFA) in Burbank, where he graduated with his Bachelors degree in acting and where he is currently earning his Masters in filmmaking.
