The son of a Mountie, Cody moved quite often in British Columbia, Canada. As a young man, he took the film program at the Art Institute of Vancouver. There he grew a beard and started wearing plaid shirts and thick rimmed glasses. Cody enjoys drinking iced lattes, even if they hurt his tummy.
