Sooraj M.K.

Sooraj M.K. is a Creative Director with over 26 years of experience in animation, VFX, and e-learning. His work spans television series, feature films, and international animation productions, collaborating with multiple studios and global broadcasters. He has directed several well known animated series including Living Wild (Gaumont Animation), Agua Team: Sea Adventures (Graffiti), Pirate Academy (Mediawan Kids & Family), Dodo (Wildseed Studios), Lampadino e Caramella (Animundi), Motu Patlu (Nickelodeon Network), Eena Meena Deeka (Disney Channel India), and Playmobil: The Secret of Pirate Island (Sony Pictures Home Entertainment). Sooraj also directed the animated feature KidKrrish (Cartoon Network, Filmkraft Productions), which received multiple awards and ranked among the top animated shows on Indian television. He further directed the Argentine animated feature Gaturro the Movie (Illusion Studios). In addition, he served as the Stereoscopic Animation Supervisor for the feature film Kurukshetra (2019).His concept film Dream was selected as the signature film for the International Film Festival of Kerala (IFFK) 2010. His broader body of work includes contributions to productions such as The Adventures of Tenali Raman, Brady’s Beasts, Mount Olympus: The Spirit Games, Taro and the Three Riddles, Tommy & Oscar, Pumpkin Moon, and numerous other international animation productions, spanning television series, feature films, and global collaborations.
