Phoebe Noele Jacobs was born on June 19, 2000 in Salem, Oregon. She
acted in her first film in 2011 and her first stage play in 2010,
Phoebe enjoys singing, playing the guitar and dancing. Phoebe also has
performed the National Anthem at civic and sporting events. She
attended Walker Middle School. She has an older sister Savannah and a
younger sister Olivia who are also into the arts. She resides on a
small farm outside of Salem Oregon.
