Michael (Mike) Staniforth is a British director of photography originally from Manchester, UK.
Mike's breakthrough came whilst working with Manuel Huerga on the critically-acclaimed and Emmy nominated show All or Nothing: Manchester City (2018) for Amazon Prime, which followed Pep Guardiola and his team during their record breaking year.
He is best known for his work on In Another Life (2017), Underwater (2019), The Road to Gehenna (2019) and Shelter: A Look at Manchester's Homeless (2012).
