Originally from Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, Prud'Homme was raised in Timmins, Northern Ontario.

Prud'Homme is an alumnus of the Vancouver Film School, having graduated from the Acting for Film & Television Program in 2012.

She has amassed over 48 credits in the Canadian film industry. She has worked in various departments, such as Production and Locations and has gained her first credit as a Producer in the fall of 2022.
