Biography

Yvette Mikkelson is an Award winning makeup artist. She is based out of Los Angeles but is always willing to travel. She has been working as a hair and makeup artist for over 5 years, which has given her plenty of experience in film, editorial, bridal, t.v., and commercials. Her most recent work was as Department Head of Makeup on "All I want for Christmas," a heartfelt Christmas story about the true meaning of family starring Shannon Doherty, Antonio Sabato Jr., Sally Kirkland and Richard Riehle. Previous to this she worked as Department Head of Makeup on "Senior Project," a high school comedy starring Vanessa Marano and Margaret Cho, both in post-production. She's scheduled to overlook the hair and makeup department for an upcoming docudrama with working title "Ride the Thunder" adapted from a best selling book with the same name.
