Biography

Ángela Poblete is the CEO at Fabula TV, a factual and fiction TV production company, part of Fabula, the Film & Advertising Production company founded by the Academy Awards winners Juan De Dios Larraín and Pablo Larraín.

She is a journalist and social communication graduate from the Diego Portales University, with 20 years of experience in television. She began her career as a journalist in various programs in the production areas of Chilevisión (Turner) and TVN (Chile's state-run station). In Chilevisión, from 2005 to 2013, she was Executive Producer of the Factual and Culture areas. She was also Coordinator of the Programmatic Grid and responsible for the Project Development Area.

Between 2013 and 2015 she was Head of Content Development at TVN, where she worked on new project development and coordination of External Production. Since March 2015 she has been the CEO of the production company Fabula TV. She has led teams and managed projects from the beginning to the end, participating in creative processes, content, production, marketing and budgeting. She has also taught at the Film School of the UDD, the Diploma in Executive Production and the Master in Cultural Management of the Universidad del Desarrollo and the Diploma in Executive Production of the Universidad Católica de Chile.
