- Pavel was born in Odesa (Soviet Union, Ukraine). He is one of the leading film and television editors, known for his work with the Ukrainian award-winning film director Kira Muratova and many comedy TV series (Maski show, Kalambur, Naked and funny).
Pavel has been selected for membership in the Russian editors' guild.
