Amanda DeBraux was born and raised in Bronx, New York. She is an actress, model, podcast host and life coach, known for The Rest of Us (2019), High Maintenance (2018), Law & Order:SVU (2018) and Three Women (2023). Raised by her mother a member of Teamsters Local 237 Headquarters and her father a retired New York City Detective. DeBraux is a first generation college graduate; earning a Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
