  • Throughout her career Morgan has been drawn to exciting, and genre bending stories. She has long held an appreciation for screen storytelling and has worked at film festivals, large and small scale productions, and screen organisations across Australasia.

    Her first feature DEATHGASM premiered at SXSW, before a long run of festivals, and was released across the globe. She attended Berlinale Talents, and has been included in FilmUp and Strength in Numbers. She was a 2024 finalist in WIFTNZ's Woman to Watch; and is currently on the board of Film Auckland.

    Recent projects include MHM's Albularyo for TVNZ; Vivie by Hweiling Ow, which premiered at SXSW Sydney; and Jodie Hillock and Yamin Tun's award winning Blood and Gold. Workmates - a feature comedy - will screen at NZIFF and MIFF in August. Help, I'm Alien Pregnant - a short by duo THUNDERLIPS had its world premiere at BiFan, before screening at festivals around the world - with the feature version Mum, I'm Alien Pregnant in post-production.
