Biography

Emma Leanne Fisher was born in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire but grew up in Bedfordshire until her parents divorced aged 13, she then relocated with her mother and sister to North Yorkshire where she lived until she moved to Sheffield aged 19 to study Nursing at Sheffield Hallam University. It was there where she discovered her love of acting at the University's drama Society. In 2012 she moved to London to train at Drama Studio London to pursue a career in acting. She is the daughter of John Fisher, former bodybuilder and winner of the Junior British Championships and runner up in Junior Mr Universe (1982-1985) and Julie Fisher an accountant who sadly passed away after a short battle with cancer in 2016.

Emma is of Jewish Polish, Russian and Romanian heritage on her fathers side and a Yorkshire lass on her mother's side.
