Judith Miller was born on 3 July 1941 in Antibes, Alpes-Maritimes, France. She was married to Jacques-Alain Miller. She died on 6 December 2017 in Paris, France.
Daughter of Sylvia Bataille and of Jacques Lacan, she became known as Judith Lacan only in 1964. As an intellectual, she was part with her husband Jacques-Alain Miller of the renewal and diffusion of her father's essays about psychoanalysis.
