Biography

Matthew Fife is a versatile live action writer and director with over 20+ years experience working with renowned actors and series in brand campaigns for studio agencies and streamers as well as episodic and original programming. Matthew is known for his excellent rapport with actors and his distinct creative point of view.

Following his work on House M.D., Matthew continued collaborating with actor Hugh Laurie, directing and producing a documentary special for ITV UK, creating music videos for his Warner UK album release, and recording a live concert performance for PBS. Through his creative agency and production company, Lincoln Show Studio, Matthew has written and directed award-winning Super Bowl spots and created original teaser and show campaigns for landmark shows including Riverdale, Twisted Metal, Glee, Young Sheldon, House M.D., 24, Mom, Supergirl, in addition to image talent and show campaigns for Warner Brothers, Peacock, Fox, NBC, Bravo, Netflix, The CW, and Hulu. His shoot teaser for Twisted Metal (Peacock/Sony) was shortlisted for the 2023 Clio Entertainment Awards, and his character motion photography with actors Lashana Lynch and Oscar winner Eddie Redmayne for their series, Day of the Jackal (SkyTV) helped earn marketing industry recognition. He is also the creator and showrunner of the acclaimed NBC sports documentary series Motorclub, which received a Telly Award and now airs on Apple+, Tubi and Crackle. Matthew has also produced original songs and compositions, working with artists like Michelle Branch, Macy Gray, George Clinton, The Pharcyde, Soup and Marc 7 from Jurassic 5. In 2019, Matthew co-produced and served as Co-Executive Producer for Lucas High, a commercial hip hop release included Gilles Petersen's "Best of 2019" list of best releases in the UK. Matthew lives with his family in Los Angeles, always with a house full of dogs.
