ethan millspaugh is an actor, writer, director, producer, and artist from dallas, texas. in 2011, he joined the painted stage pictures creative team where he served as executive producer of the feature film the circus animals, which was written and directed by nicholas bateman and premiered at nobudge.com and in theaters at creative alliance at the patterson in baltimore, maryland.
