Carla Van Nessa Wallace is a renowned Licensed Master Cosmetologist/Barber and Professional Makeup Artist with an exceptional career spanning over 30 years in the beauty industry. From a young age, Carla Van Nessa found her passion in enhancing women's beauty. Her journey began at Nordstrom in California, where she honed her skills as a makeup artist in the cosmetics department. Over the years, she expanded her expertise by working for a cosmetics company, eventually becoming a regional trainer. Carla Van Nessa furthered her career by obtaining a Master Cosmetologist License and freelancing at reputable news outlets such as CNN, The Weather Channel, and local television stations in Atlanta.
In 2016, Carla Van Nessa joined the esteemed Local 798 Makeup Artists and Hairstylists Union as a Makeup Artist, while also showcasing her hair styling skills on various projects outside the Union. In June 2023, she successfully transitioned her focus to hair within the Union, where she continues to excel and evolve in her craft.
