Frances Russell is an American of Bahamian and Southern Black descent. After attending Brooklyn College Film School and earning a Bachelor of Arts degree, she has taken production design and set dressing roles. Frances got her industry debut on the set of Above the Shadows, directed by Claudia Myers. Shortly after, she was a set dresser for The Wolf Hour, starring Naomi Watts. Frances has worked on feature films, television, short films, and music videos.
