Sudipto was born in Kolkata, India. He did his schooling from Cossipore English School and St Pauls Mission, Kolkata and did his masters in film making at National Institute of Design, Ahmadabad (NID). He had worked in advertising and TV production in Mumbai, Paris and London as Art Director, Scriptwriter & Film Director. He has directed 200+ TV commercials, music videos featuring many Bollywood actors, International cricketers & musicians. He has Written, Directed and Produced Feature films, Documentaries & Shorts in English, Hindi, Bengali & French language. Some of his short films ( 'Anokha', Krishna's Playground') were finalists in prestigious film festivals- Woodstock-New York, Silver lake-Los Angeles, Dhaka, San Diego and Digital Talkies. Sudipto directed Bollywood films 'Operation Mayfair', 'Victor' and Bengali film 'Prep Ki Buhjini'. Sudipto has set up Flame Visuals Limited- a film production company in London.
