Billy Raymond Burton was born in London, England, UK to film director Tim Burton and actress Helena Bonham Carter, which have been dating and engaged since October 2001 after met each other during the filming of his father's movie _Planet of the Apes (2001)_ , where his mother played . Billy has a younger sister, Nell Burton (b.December 15, 2007). Burton is the godson of actor Johnny Depp, who is a close friend of his family.
