- IMDb mini biography by: Matthew Mark Nichols - Matthew Nichols My film partner - the one who worked with me on BIPOLAR - has passed away unexpectedly in Costa Rica on September 16th 2025. The last time we spoke, he was so full of life and excitement. He had just landed a big position in Alaska something with the school district and was talking about how blessed he felt. He'd met a woman in Costa Rica years ago, and they had fallen in love. He was flying back and forth, chasing both his dreams and his heart.
Hearing that he passed away on September 16 hit me hard. He was not only a talented writer, actor, and producer - he was a friend with a heart full of light.
But even through this pain, I hold on to the truth that God is still good. His grace carries us, even when we don't understand the "why." Life is fragile, and none of us know how many days we're given - that's why we've got to stay close to GOD every minute of every day.
My heart hurts deeply, but I'm thankful for the time I had with my friend. May his soul find peace, and may God use his memory to remind us all to live with purpose, love deeply, and keep faith alive - no matter what comes our way.
