Mediator, Actor, Producer, Dr. Rebecca Storrow creates colorful books and musical films that teach children communication and conflict resolution skills. Her books include private links to her films and facilitator guides for parents and caregivers to keep the fun and learning going!
For over two decades, Rebecca has provided mediation and dispute resolution services in person and remotely. Rebecca began in the entertainment industry as a teenager, including theater, film, television, and music. Rebecca holds Florida Supreme Court certification in family, dependency, circuit civil, and county mediation. She received her Doctorate of Philosophy from the Department of Conflict Resolution Studies at Nova Southeastern University and is an adjunct professor at three Florida universities.
Rebecca was a Commercial VP for a large Arbitration and Mediation Institutional provider and was an Alternative Dispute Resolution Director for two Florida Judicial Circuit Courts. Some areas of expertise include organizational conflict management and coaching, divorce mediation, ADR education, program evaluation, and indigenous forms of conflict resolution. Dr. Storrow has published numerous articles and studies on dispute resolution and co-authored two chapters in the 2017 first edition of the Mediation Handbook, edited by Dr. Alexia Georgakopoulos.
Rebecca's greatest accomplishments are her two grandchildren, two children, and 40 plus year marriage to her loving husband Robert.
