DJ Beckage

DJ Beckage grew up in Murrysville, PA, a suburb just outside of
Pittsburgh. He attended Franklin Regional High School and was a member
of the high school advance chorus, which gave him a passion to create
music and helped to keep him in school. During his junior year of high
school, he join the United States Army Reserves. After graduating high
school, DJ went on to become the lead singer/song writer/lyricist for a
Pittsburgh rock band, Fell Upon Thieves, and later with his current
band, Long Time Divided.
DJ found a love for writing during this time and, coupled with his deep passion for art and drawing, attributed to his decision to go back to school for his degrees in Creative Writing and Graphic Design at Seton Hill University.
