David Oland

Born and raised in Vancouver, David attended McGill University before graduating UBC Law in 2003. With over fifteen years of experience practicing exclusively in the entertainment sector, he advises on all facets of the production process from development through physical production, delivery and distribution. As an experienced negotiator, David is able to meet the needs of major studios and independent producers and carries extensive experience dealing with Canadian tax incentive certification processes and related financing. In his spare time, he enjoys fly fishing, tennis and exploring the mountains in the pacific northwest.
