Biography

Cheska Appave, born in Curepipe Mauritius, has been an Independent Creative Lighting Chief and Union Best Girl/Lamp Operator since 2012 in both Calgary and Toronto. She graduated from the University of Calgary as well as SAIT where she studied Film and Video Production with a focus on Lighting. As of 2017 she works and lives in Toronto, Canada lighting independent features, shorts, music videos and commercials.
