Biography

Angelina Faulkner, MPSE was born in Brooklyn, NY in the summer of 1986. She moved with her family to California as a toddler and was raised with a musical background. Singing in the church choir with her sisters, Angelina fell in-love with the musical world.

As a preteen she learned to play many instruments joining her middle school's band and orchestra. She continued her passion for sound and music in high school, filling as much of her schedule with other performing groups including Symphonic Orchestra, Mariachi, Concert Band, District Orchestra, and the Marching Band. Angelina was also part of one of the school choirs, New Renaissance, and was also in a few of the schools musicals including Footloose and Oklahoma. Angelina stayed active by joining school sports like the Swim and Dive Team and also Water Polo.

After graduating high school, Angelina went on to college in Rochester, NY. There she continued a full schedule as a member of the RIT Singers, Jazz Band, and Orchestra. She also became a member of the Alpha Xi Delta Sorority and became President of the College Pan-Hellenic Council.

Once college was done, one Bachelors of Fine Arts in Visual Media and an Associates of Science in Advertising Photography, Angelina spent the summer biking across the United States volunteering her time with Habitat for Humanity.

She then spent a year in Australia learning the art of Tae Kwan Do, but found that something was missing.

Angelina traveled back to the States in search of what was missing and when she found it, she made the move to Los Angeles, CA. Once there she enrolled in the Recording Program at the Los Angeles Film School. There she learned from the industries talents, past and present, and earned an Associates of Science Degree in Recording Arts as Salutatorian. Angelina then became certified in AVID Protools at the User Level as well as earning a spot in the National Honor Society for Film and Television. She is someone passionate about creating emotions within an audience and bringing the audience into the films reality.
