  • Luis Curiel was born in Mexico City and began his professional career at the age of eight. With experience across film, theater, and television, he has built a versatile acting career spanning commercial productions, independent films, and international streaming platforms. He trained at Sergio Jiménez's acting school and later joined the 2016 generation of the ANDA Actors Guild, further complementing his studies with mentors and institutions such as ENAT and the CCC.

    His television and streaming credits include El Chapo and Control Z on Netflix, earning him a PRODU Awards nomination for Breakthrough Actor, along with Un Extraño Enemigo and Cometierra for Amazon Prime, and projects for HBO and Sony Pictures. He appeared as Pelao in Rosario Tijeras 5 (Netflix, 2026) and as a series regular in Las Azules season two (Apple TV). On stage, he has appeared in more than ten productions, including Si Muero Lejos de Ti, Pez Globo, and the national tour of the comedy La Obra que Sale Mal.
