Evan Alderson

Evan Alderson is an award-winning filmmaker and visual effects artist with more than two decades of experience spanning the studio, independent, and commercial worlds. A Hollywood veteran, Alderson has contributed to multi-million-dollar features, international documentaries, television series, music videos, and commercial campaigns, working across multiple departments and alongside some of the industry's most recognized names. Having started his career as an actor in LA at the age of 10, Alderson went on to study filmmaking at the Los Angeles County High School for the Arts and UCLA, and film history in Italy and Oxford. After years at Paramount Pictures, Alderson relocated to Colorado in 2020, where he has become an active force in developing the state's emerging film ecosystem. His work bridges creative and technical disciplines, reflecting a rare, full-spectrum understanding of production - from concept and story development to post and delivery. Alderson continues to develop and direct original projects while actively working to empower the next generation of filmmaker.
