Donna Carradine was a choreographer, a dance teacher and a ballerina before becoming head of the dance department in a fine arts college an actress and choreographing musicals at Ohlone college and Cinderella in Japan. She is best known for her work in the film Mata Hari and documentary Mata Hari. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her daughter Calista Carradine, two grand daughters and 4 great grandchildren and a husband.

Donna Carradine left her body at 88 on new years morning 2025. She was a choreographer, a dance teacher and a ballerina trained by Raoul Pause, before becoming head of the dance department in Suny the liberal arts college in Geneseo New York as well choreographing musicals at Ohlone college and Cinderella in Japan. She is best known for her work on Once Upon a Mattress and in the film Mata Hari and the award winning documentary Mata Hari that won at the Biennial film festival in Venice Italy 2025. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her daughter Calista Carradine, two grand daughters, 4 great grandchildren and a husband.She will be missed
