Donna Carradine was a choreographer, a dance teacher and a ballerina before becoming head of the dance department in a fine arts college an actress and choreographing musicals at Ohlone college and Cinderella in Japan. She is best known for her work in the film Mata Hari and documentary Mata Hari. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother.
She is survived by her daughter Calista Carradine, two grand daughters and 4 great grandchildren and a husband.
