Michelle Yablans

Michelle Yablans is an LA/NYC-based SAG-AFTRA actor whose love of performance began in childhood, staging characters from behind her family's TV and introducing the world to her imaginary friend, Ameesa. She later trained at New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, but afraid of taking on student debt for a "less practical" degree, she shifted her path out of fear-ultimately earning her B.A. from UCLA. For the past six years, Michelle served as Executive Director of Alicia Keys' foundation, She Is The Music, leading national programs that champion women in the music industry. As she helped others pursue creative paths, she couldn't shake the glaring truth: She had abandoned her own. Today, Michelle has fully returned to acting with a renewed commitment and point of view. She trains at Margie Haber Studio and continues to sharpen her on-camera technique, fueled by the same imagination, curiosity, and emotional openness that defined her earliest performances. She brings a grounded presence, a wide emotional range, and a life fully lived back to the work she loves.
