Dan Senatore
- Editor
- Animation Department
- Producer
Dan Senatore is a Telly and Emmy Award-Winning Video Editor/Producer and a founder of Liquid Arts Media, a renowned production company that, in its first ten years, has gone from creating recipe videos for social media, to now producing feature films, movie trailers, video podcasts, live event content, and video broadcast solutions for studios, brands, celebrities, and non-profit organizations.
Dan has made himself invaluable as an editor and motion graphics animator, but his broader skills as a graphic artist, graphic designer, VFX compositor, writer, creative producer, post supervisor, and client-facing consultant can all be attributed to the necessities that come with the grass-roots companies he has always worked for. In his early career, Dan was the sole person in charge of marketing content for a then-small manufacturing company, including magazine advertisements, packaging, and trade shows. From there he was the lead graphic designer and content creator for niche influencers and local events while also being a jack-of-all-trades on set... at one point holding slate for camera while also being a VFX supervisor and, eventually, a hired writer/director. His talents inevitably led him to video content full-time, editing pilots, award-winning short films, videos for local businesses, and B2B content with equal parts live video and motion graphics animation.
When Dan finally found himself breaking ground with a new independent production company, alongside just two other individuals inside a single 300-square-foot office, his experience was put into overdrive creating the demo reels, the website, and writing all of the copy for all promotional and pitch materials... on top of spearheading the actual editing and animation work that proceeded the on-site productions in New York, Las Vegas, Orlando, and Los Angeles on a regular basis. From the very start of his professional life, Dan has always been a part of a small team where "all hands" and several hats were not just valuable, but essential. Other than his commitment to quality, that skill diversity is his defining attribute.
In his free time Dan is a cartoonist, a storyboard artist, a writer, a board game designer, and a Dungeon Master. He also makes a point to collaborate regularly and develop new projects with long-time friends across the country. As a hobby, he designs bespoke game supplements (both print material and 3D printed assets) for fun. He regularly drafts movie reviews for his socials and loves a quiet night in watching Dropout with his wife and their pit-doodle rescue, Norah.
