Trained at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts (AADA). He also majored in Theatre at the University of Denver.
Trains in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Also trained in firearms and staged combat, including fencing. Has done horseback riding and plays golf, football, skiing and soccer.
