His films have helped raise millions of dollars for nonprofits, empowered orphaned children around the world, brought awareness to the impact of climate change on Native Alaskans, and inspired people to create change through other visionary causes.
He focuses on stories that change or challenge people by speaking to their humanity. He finds that too often we focus on the statistics instead of creating a feeling and connection through shared human experiences.
