Biography

Ali Tansu Turhan is a Turkish director, screenwriter, producer, creative director and format creator. He graduated from Bahcesehir University’s Film and Television Department in 2017. He wrote and directed several short films, including Portrait, Some Maniac, Coffeehouse, Don’t Get Me Wrong But, and The Second Night. The Second Night received the Special Jury Prize in the National Short Film Competition at the 58th Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival. His first feature film, Dialogue, which he directed, co-wrote, and co-produced, competed in the festival’s National Feature Film Competition in 2021. Alongside filmmaking, he works as a creative director and develops original formats for brands and digital media.
