Hillaire Belloc was born on July 27, 1870 in LaCelle-Saint Cloud, France. He was a writer, known for G.K. Chesterton: The Apostle of Common Sense (2000), The Sunday Programme (1994) and A Poem Is... (2011). He was married to Elodie Hogan. He died on July 16, 1953 in Guildford, Surrey, England, UK.
