Pierre Emmanuel Fillet

Pierre Emmanuel Fillet is a French actor, poet, painter, storyteller and filmmaker, born in Lyon in 1980. Painting and acting, he joined the national theatre school of Brittany, France in 1999, to learn theater and staging. He started filmmaking in 2004 during his travels across China. Meanwhile never stop to produce large scales digital paintings and numerous digital paintings, projects able to be printed or projected. As an actor he perform on stage and on set, with Stanilas Nordey, Francois Tanguy, Natalie Kiniecik, Guillaume Grélardon, Anisia Uzeiman. Pierre Emmanuel Fillet creation focuses on perceptions and time. He builds a world where fictions and reality merge together following a novel strategy, a strategy of the matter, or a spaced time strategy... A living process, understanding silence and movement, immobilization and emotion, as the main dynamic notions able to reveal what a realm, an autonomy.
