Biography

Scott Day grew up in Colac. He attended the Victorian College of the Arts, where he studied screenwriting and graduated in 2024. His previous works include the documentary short Transition (2014), the animated sci-fi comedy short film Everyone's a Robot (2019), and the mystery comedy feature film Wanda and Sully (2023) which was broadcast on Australian television network Channel 9 and released by Bounty Films in 2024. He also wrote an episode of the RMITV series First Run (2024) which was broadcast on Channel 31 in April 2024.

He co-wrote The Fling (2025) alongside Nick Owens for director Jemma Cotter. It won the Yoram Gross Animation Award at the Sydney Film Festival in 2025.
