- Joseph Dellwo grew up in Spokane, Washington and found ways to make movies even when all he had at his disposal were Lego's and his parents' camcorder. He later became an Army broadcaster, carrying a camera all over Kuwait and South Korea as well as with firefighting teams stateside. After leaving the military, he worked as a TV news producer for a few years before transitioning into law enforcement as as dispatcher. While working in television, he met his wife, Adrienne Dellwo, and they became a filmmaking team. Their two children have grown up on set and have both found their niche--one in front of the camera and one behind the scenes.
